1. What to do if I get a Blank page on opening

Clear the browser cache and check. If there is still the same issue, then open in incognito /Private window. Refresh the browser or check in a different browser.
2. I want to check if a course provides a certificate
The section in the course TOC page will be displayed as Certificate Criteria.
- If the course has Completion certificate, then the message “The completion certificate will be issued upon 100% completion”
- If the course has Merit certificate, then the message “The completion certificate will be issued upon 100% completion.” “The certificate will be issued if you score greater than or equal to 70% in your assessment”
3. I want to receive notification after my certificate is issued
You will get a notification on your registered email address or phone number after the certificate is issued. You will receive the notification in my application when clicked on the Notification icon.
4. I want to change my name on the certificate issued to me
The name on your certificate is the same as that on your profile page. Correct the name on your profile page and contact your state authority. Ask the State authority to send a service request with the required details to the DIKSHA support team to re-issue your certificate. It will take approximately 24 hours or one working day to re-issue the certificate, after receiving the request.
5. I want to download my certificate in Portal
All courses do not offer a certificate. If you have completed a course that offers a certificate, go to your profile page, you will see the download icon next to the course name
6. I want to download my certificate in Mobile app
All courses do not offer a certificate. If you have completed a course that offers a certificate, go to your profile page, you will see the download icon next to the course name.
If you are unable to download the certificate on the mobile app,
- check if you have the latest version of the DIKSHA app. If not, update the app version from the Play store
- click on the refresh button in the Profiles tab in the Courses attended section
- Download certificate button will be displayed on click on this the Certificate will be downloaded.
- Name of the course
- Your DIKSHA ID
- Screenshot of the profile page wherein the course details are displayed
7. I have already installed the mobile app, but the updated version of the app is available. How will I get to know it?
You will have to go to the hamburger menu which is in the top left corner of the app, click on that and the Update app will be displayed. On click of Update app the app will be updated to the latest version.
8. Some features in the Mobile app are not working as expected earlier
In that case you will have to update the app to the latest version of the mobile app.
9. I am consuming a course/textbook which has multiple audio or video content, and I can hear dual audio.
If you're consuming one audio/video content and want to proceed to the next audio/video content, then you must pause/complete that content fully and then only click on the next audio /video content.
10. I am trying to consume a content and it's not loading getting “Unable to load”.
You will have to refresh the page and then consume the content. If the Issue persists, please clear the cache and consume the content
